The staff, especially the consultation manager, were really kind, but the hospital waiting time was way too long (after arriving at the reserved time, I waited in the lobby for 2 hours before going into the consultation room), and communication with the manager after surgery was not that smooth. Right after surgery I was overcorrected and had side effects such as conjunctival edema, but it was what I expected, so it was fine. They said I would be fine and able to go about daily life without it showing after 3 days, but for up to 2 weeks it was very obvious that I had had surgeryㅠㅠ Also, the dissolvable stitches were a bit uncomfortableㅠ It was nice not having to come back to the hospital to have the stitches removed, but the stitches stuck out a bit at the outer corner of the eye and poked my eye, so they were uncomfortable, and up close they looked like eye gunk.. And about a month later, scar tissue started to rise up. If I had known in advance, I would have managed it, but when I asked the hospital, they said it was natural and would resolve with time, so I waited another 1-2 months, but the scar tissue got darker and harder, so I’m urgently managing it now with ointment. I’m satisfied with the surgical result! I did feel some stress during the recovery process after surgery, but I’m happy with the result.
