The staff lady was a bit unfriendly.. There were a lot of people, and it just felt like they were dealing with everyone rather roughly and carelessly.. The surgery made my eyes about three times bigger, but one side of the inner canthoplasty seems to have gone wrong, so if you look closely it's a little bumpy. Other than that, I'm satisfied....
