The chief coordinator didn't seem all that professional, but they were kind. Even though I had a reservation, there was a wait, and because it was a same-day surgery, it felt like they were urging me to leave because it was closing time even though it hadn't even been five minutes since I woke up from anesthesia. If I had looked into it more, I don't think I would have had it done here. The overall hospital atmosphere was not good.
