The director was kind, but the consultation felt a bit lacking. It felt like they didn't explain things in detail unless I asked. What I was most disappointed about was how long the waiting time was; it was really hard. The head manager recommended a bit too much surgery, which was disappointing. The price also seems expensive ㅠ
