I went in for a consultation after applying for an event, and the single-item price was the same as the event price. It was the total package including tipplasty and bulbous nose correction, so that was the price. The consultation manager was really kind, and the doctor also let me proceed with surgery in the direction I wanted, while telling me how much change I could expect and what side effects might come if I did it that way, like a secondary angle and so on! But if I just said I wanted it done the way I wanted, they would do it! For now, I really like the shape, and as long as I don't get any side effects, I'm satisfied!
