The manager was very kind, and the director was even kinder... to the point of being bewildering. In contrast, the front desk staff were even less friendly. For the eye consultation, I liked the line that the manager drew better than the one the director drew. It felt like the consultation focused more on my eyes than my nose. The biggest downside was that the wait time was unbelievably, unbelievably, unbelievably long. I waited here longer than the time I spent on consultations at the other two clinics combined.
