I went for a consultation today. I was disappointed at the manager consultation without seeing the doctor... I think the doctor who actually performs the surgery should be the one doing the consultation. The manager’s consultation also felt lacking in expertise, and I didn’t trust it. The waiting time is also about 30 minutes.
