I made a consultation appointment, but I only met with the manager and didn't even get to see the doctor. This was the first time something like this had happened.. The manager marked out the line and calculated the estimate, and did everything. The manager was kind, but I wanted to meet the doctor, and they said it would take a long time to meet them... If that was the case, why did I make an appointment in the first place...
