I think the counter staff or the consultation manager represents the hospital's face. I heard that people actually get a lot of surgery there with employee discounts too. But from the counter staff onward, they all looked extremely overdone, they were chatting and gossiping among themselves, and the consultation manager couldn't get a grip on anything. I could tell this place wasn't for me, and they didn't even show me the director, so I just left. I wasted my time for nothing, and it was disappointing.
