The waiting time was a bit long at first.. it felt a little hectic. But there was no atmosphere of pressure or anything like that during the consultation, which I liked, and the manager also explained things really well, which was surprising. It was nice to be able to hear another opinion instead of only the director’s opinion no matter what...? They did not over-recommend things.
