I had a consultation for nose surgery. There were so many visitors that there was a wait, so I went in with high expectations, and most of the consultation was with the consultation manager. I was given the basic information, but it didn’t feel very professional, so I asked to see the director. After waiting about an hour, I met the director, but after saying he’d take good care of me and do well, the consultation was over in less than 5 minutes. As a result, I didn’t really trust them, so I’m not planning to get the surgery
