I went looking into heart canthoplasty, and at other hospitals both the director and the consultant kept saying there was no space behind, and since the area below was already somewhat opened, it would turn into triangular eyes, but here they confidently said it would be effective, so I was like, huh?..! Oh, and the consulting manager asked whether I wanted to consult with the director. I also saw bad reviews on this app, and anyway, that's how it is.
