Even though I went at the scheduled time, it took quite a while before I could see the manager, and during the consultation with the manager, I was disappointed that they kept recommending ptosis correction even though my eyes were not the kind with ptosis. The consultation with the director was also rather short, and they only marked the line on one eye, which was disappointing.
