I went on a weekday morning and there was no one waiting, so that surprised me at first. The waiting area is also on the small side. The coordinator is rather aloof, and they didn’t pressure me to leave a deposit that day. The director is kind and doesn’t ask for excessive procedures. It was a place I had been considering as my second choice after reading reviews, but I made a reservation somewhere else.
