I went for a consultation because it was famous, but I think the consultation manager needs to fix their tone and behavior. I'm not that young either, and they kept speaking in a blunt, dismissive way & when I asked if there were CCTV cameras, they asked if I was worried I'd die. I passed here. And it felt bad because it was the kind of place that was like, "If you're going to do it, then do it." The doctor was kind, but the consultation ended too quickly.
