1. The hospital has a clean interior. 2. I went after booking, but there was a delay of over 30 minutes because of the wait for the manager consultation and then the surgeon consultation. 3. The doctor honestly explained what was and wasn't possible. 4. I could only hear Chinese being spoken inside the hospital. 5. The surgeon consultation was conducted in the style of taking questions about whatever I was curious about. 6. The staff were extremely kind, but in the end they pulled the usual sales tactics. 7. They may recommend additional procedures, but if you say you don't want them, they don't push any further, which is neat. 8. The post-op swelling management is unlimited, so the aftercare system is good. 9. I don't understand what they mean by pressing on the fat in the eyes..? Fat is a cell, so how do you make it flat?
