There wasn't a long wait beyond my scheduled time. But the manager's voice was a little too soft, which was a bit off-putting (and the double eyelid line looked a bit scarred..), though they were kind. The director was incredibly kind and didn't push anything at all. I had the buried suture method twice and it came undone both times, and they told me to think carefully because even with an incision it could come undone or leave scars. This was the clinic I liked best for the line they drew for me. But I thought I needed canthoplasty, and other clinics all recommended it too, but they didn't recommend it here, which made me a little unsure (I thought they were supposed to be good at canthoplasty). But they looked right at my face, analyzed it, and explained things, and it was something I hadn't known before but it felt so accurate that I was shocked. Their sense seems excellent.
