The front desk staff were kind, but maybe because it’s a one-doctor clinic? The wait was quite long and it felt like they were trying to move the consultation along quickly, which was a little disappointing. The doctor was very kind, but they only explained the surgery I wanted, and it felt like I was just hearing the same things I’d heard at other hospitals again, so it didn’t really click for me.
