First of all, I already had a bridge, so I wanted to do it without implants, but honestly it was more aggressive than I expected.. I had never even been told I had a hump, but even though it was only very slight, they said to shave it all down, and they also recommended costal cartilage plus silicone. I wanted a style that would barely show, so it didn't suit me and I passed, but if you want something flashy and slim, this seems perfect. The doctor was nice.
