The manager and the doctor were both not especially kind. The doctor was busy, so the consultation was really short and concise, but it still felt professional. Overall, the atmosphere felt cynical. My satisfaction after surgery was about 70 percent, but they did take good care of the aftercare, so it was reasonably okay.
