The consultation director was kind, but kept pushing unnecessary surgery. The doctor seemed busy, but even though he explained things in detail and listened to everything I said, he still told me clearly when something couldn't be done. The photo he showed me was a shape slightly different from the one I want, but still, when I listened to the explanation, he gave a logical reason, so I accepted it.
