The hospital itself is a huge one, so I think there are a lot of managers too. The wait time was shorter than I expected, about 20 minutes? I had a consultation with the manager and then with the director, but I think it only lasted about 7 minutes. They were kind, but they didn't explain things in detail or thoroughly, and I ended up having a consultation mostly with the manager.
