I went because I saw the male review photos on a plastic surgery app and thought they looked good. I got a consultation for cheekbone reduction + nose, and had a CT scan and consultation. The price was around 3 million for cheekbones + around 7 million for the nose, so about 10 million total. They mentioned implant replacement, donated rib cartilage, alar changes, nostril reduction, scar tissue removal, etc. (price per item extra) The director was straightforward, and I liked the consultation style that felt like a revision-surgery answer sheet. But watching YouTube, it feels like they lean toward alar base adjustment (alar reduction/lifting)... Later, I learned I have type 3 alar retraction, where the nostrils point outward toward the sides of the face, so nostril reduction wouldn’t be effective... And some doctors strongly said the alar and nostril area is a tissue issue and shouldn’t be touched, plus once you do the nostrils or alar area, you can’t go back, so I thought I should be careful. I also got a cheekbone consultation, but it didn’t seem like a clinic that does a lot of contouring procedures in the first place. The manager didn’t pressure me to book, and they were kind on KakaoTalk too. They also seemed to try to match the price if possible.
