I'm from the provinces, so I was struggling, going all the way to Seoul and doing three consults a day The doctor who matched me was on vacation, and I wish I'd known that beforehand. In the end I booked another consultation date, but then the hospital said they needed to move the consultation date because of circumstances! It didn't fit my schedule at all.. The manager was extremely kind and the consultation was really good. All the staff were kind, and even the CT consultation was professional for a manager. Since appointments aren't being kept well, I'm reluctant to book again
