I had nose filler and the consultation was available. They explained things well while looking at the CT scan and the photos I wanted. My septum is thick enough, so they said it would be good to use it, and they explained things like the shape of the bone. Depending on the purpose of the surgery, they recommended either a refined nose or a glamorous nose, so I told them my preference. I'm planning to go to other places too, compare them, and choose after that.
