It's expensive because it's autologous costal cartilage. Since I said I live overseas, they said to go with the safest approach as much as possible. I liked that they themselves were also safety-first. I liked that they asked why I wanted the shape and why I wanted the surgery. The surgical method was explained well, so it felt trustworthy. Everything was good, but for a first surgery the price is too high.
