I felt the professionalism during the consultation, so I got my nose surgery here without going anywhere else. A little regret... It’s not the kind of place that really matches your needs. It came out more glamorous than I expected. By week 2, the swelling still hadn’t gone down much and it looked odd ㅠㅠ I didn’t like it, but now that it’s a month later, maybe I’m getting used to it, it looks a little better. Even if I brought photos, they wouldn’t make it look like the photos. It just feels like they do what they want? Aftercare is not good. That manager person doesn’t care about patients. They don’t seem to check the chart when talking to the patient about what materials were used in the surgery. Since this was a revision, they said, “This is your first surgery, right?” and acted like I didn’t use donated rib or ear cartilage, like I didn’t use rib cartilage, lol. They really don’t care at all, and I wonder how someone like that became a manager... Feels like an AI. Auto-reply to whatever you ask. They answer as if each question already has a fixed response, like copy and paste. The director acts super dramatically whenever I go in for follow-up, so I can’t really say what I’m unhappy about. It feels a bit blocking... If you look at the surgery reviews here, there will probably be posts like “If you complain, it looks fine~ it doesn’t look like that~” and that’s exactly right. Also, there was an old review written here, but that was actually a consultation review. If you read that review, I probably wrote it very positively lol That was how I felt then, but after doing it, it’s like this...... Overall, I’m not very satisfied, but everyone around me says it turned out well. I wanted a natural line, but in the end it’s a bit more glamorous. It’s still only one month, so I’m being careful, but maybe it’ll look more natural with time? Anyway, I don’t like it much, but the reaction around me is fine
