The consultation manager was more professional than at other hospitals. I was also nervous because there were a lot of comments saying the consultation managers there were not good, but the person assigned to me was extremely kind. The director’s consultation was cheerful and nice, but maybe because it had such a large-clinic feel, they were busy and just rattled off what they had to say, then left before I could even ask questions, telling me to go over the rest with the consultation manager.
