히트 — Review

This is the first plastic surgery clinic that has made me this angry. I visited a total of 4 or 5 places while shopping around this time, but because the way they treated patients was so terrible, I decided never to go there. My parents weren’t available, so I went alone. First, I waited more than 50 minutes just for the basics. People who arrived after me were guided first and went into consultation first, and that made me angry because I had been waiting so long. If I can see with my own eyes that the clinic is crowded, then sure, I’ll admit it. But there weren’t many people. Besides, most of them were almost all guardians. After patiently waiting, I finally got called in. The manager just roughly shaped the line, and it looked strange so I didn’t like it, but what really bothered me was how careless her attitude was. She came out after 1 or 2 minutes and told me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes until the director came. So I waited, but even after 15 or 20 minutes, the director still absolutely did not comeㅋㅋㅋㅋ I was so angry I almost went to the desk to argue, but I held back once more^^ I kept waiting, and after more than 30 minutes the director finally cameㅋㅋㅋ At least he did come, so we marked the line, and he said it was okay to take photos or videos while doing it. He seemed kind, but also not really kindㅋㅋ He had that smarmy, “I’m making a witty comment so I can hurry along” vibe.. Still, after roughly setting the line, I waited for the manager, and it seemed like she’d come soon, but she didn’t show up again,, I was really reaching maximum anger, and my parents were also contacting me asking why it still wasn’t over. In the end, after waiting more than 30 minutes, I was annoyed and had to leave quickly, so I went out to the desk. The desk staff jumped up and looked at me like they were asking what was wrong. When I said the manager still hadn’t come, they said she’d be here soon, but the moment I left the consultation room and reached the desk, that manager came out from the side,, what on earth was that? It was almost closing time at the clinicㅋㅋ.. Then they said they could do it right now and it would take 1 minute, but if it only takes 1 minute, why keep making me wait 30 minutes every time? I was so upset that I completely lost any desire to do it here. It seems like this clinic is famous for noses, so there are a lot of nose consultations, and I understand nose consultations take a long time, but the other consultation rooms were almost all empty, and there wouldn’t have been just one or two managers. Why did they come out from some room only after I stood up? The people in the next room came in later than me, and I could hear them leaving too, while the managers were moving back and forth quickly, but I was just alone in my consultation room waiting endlessly while several people from the next room came and wentㅋㅋ… Nothing about it was satisfactory. Maybe because I went alone and I’m not that old, they pushed me to the very end, or maybe because double eyelid surgery isn’t as expensive as nose surgery so I got deprioritized, or maybe they were just bothered. I also didn’t like the manager’s attitude. Saying it would take 1 minute just sounded like all the time I had already waited was wasted. I was so offended. Even when I booked the consultation, the communication gaps were far too long, and they say they’d deduct 100,000 won for the long wait, but that wasn’t enough at all.
