The hospital atmosphere had people constantly coming and going. It felt busy and a little chaotic. Because it was peak season, the waiting time was pretty long, maybe a little over 2 hours. During the doctor consultation, they explained the materials and the possible improvements to the surgery. They drew a rough shape so I could understand the expected result, which made it easier to picture. It was good that they also explained the limits of the surgery.
