This was the first place I went for a consultation. First of all, the inside of the clinic was neat, and the staff weren't super friendly, but they also weren't extremely indifferent either? The consultation went in the order of manager > director > manager, and at first the manager asked about my wishes and, if I said something like "I recommend this kind of thing," the director would consult based on that. Since it was my first consultation, I couldn't ask much properly, so the manager explained things like the surgery time and the follow-up progress on their own, which I was satisfied with. I like the director for now, so I've already reserved a slot.
