The manager in charge felt way too much like a neighborhood auntie type.. She was 100% ISTJ, which felt burdensome, and it was really hard to get in touch with her. The director was professional and answered all the questions I had prepared for him, which gave me a sense of trust (more than 15 questions). We checked the size through implant fitting, and he even explained the expected discomfort while taking that into account. Because they have a very full surgery schedule, I would have had to wait about a month, so I couldn't get the surgery there. If the schedule had matched, I would have done it there..ㅜㅜ
