I had my nose consultation here as my first clinic. I started with a CT scan and then the consultation. The first manager I met was kind, and the doctor who came in afterward was kind too. They answered my questions well when I asked about the consultation details, so I was satisfied with the consultation. But if you go in with plenty of time before deciding on a surgery date, they don't tell you exactly how much the surgery will cost and only give you an approximate figure, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I didn't like that there was a fee to view the CCTV footage.
