First of all, the hospital is really big and there are so many people. But there are also a ton of doctors and a ton of surgeries. It's literally just factory-style through and through. The consultation coordinator just walked off like, 'guess they won't be getting surgery,' and even the doctor seemed annoyed. I immediately thought, 'Ah, this isn't the place.'
