1. The reception staff were kind. The lobby seemed small, but when the door opened there was a cafe attached, so it was very noisy every time the door opened. 2. I moved to another floor for the nose CT. The building is very large. There was a banner explaining the fees, so I asked if the nose CT was charged as a separate procedure, but there was no cost during the consultation. The desk staff who told me that were not particularly kind either, but the person who actually took the scan was especially rude. It was very uncomfortable. Their expression was bad and their attitude felt bossy? From then on, I was in a bad mood. 3. After the nose CT, I went back to the 4th floor or 3rd floor and waited, and the director came in to explain things. They said the doctor would come, but I ended up waiting about 30 to 40 minutes before meeting them. Since it took some time before the doctor came, the coordinator and consultation director came over and told me the doctor would be there soon. Up to that point, I thought they were at least considering the customer. 4. The doctor came in. I thought they would at least tell me who they were, but maybe they were tired and busy and forgot. I was annoyed the whole time anyway, so I didn’t ask. (I was already thinking I wouldn’t do it here anyway.) 5. It was my third consultation, and for the first time they said to insert silicone. I had a hump nose, so when I asked how many millimeters they would add, they said, lol, that the bridge between the eyes, the nasal bridge, and the hump itself each have different height differences, so how could they possibly tell me a total number in millimeters? (? ) 6. At that point, I completely lost interest. Even before surgery, I didn’t want to entrust my nose to a doctor who didn’t quite fit me... and I thought it was obvious how it would turn out after surgery. It seemed like the line the doctor wanted was a flashy one, and they said it wouldn’t matter to me whether silicone was added or not. The consultation ended in less than 10 minutes like that. 7. The director, too, seemed to think I was someone who wouldn’t go ahead with it, so they only gave a rough explanation and kept talking about reviews instead of aftercare. They kept saying things like I’d have to take 10 to 20 photos and upload them, but I wasn’t even listening and just wanted to get out of that hospital... Anyway, I went because I thought I should at least get a consultation at a large hospital, but it felt like a waste of time. ㅜㅜ
