The hospital was big, really big. I thought a big hospital would mean a huge wait, but I don't think I waited that long. Still, the consultation time was short, which was disappointing.. But the director explained in detail how the surgery would be done and what materials would be used, which I liked. That said, because it was such a large hospital, I started wondering whether I would really be able to get good individual care, so I passed.
