Because the surgeon's operations were delayed, I waited an hour and then had the surgeon consultation, but the consultation lasted 3 minutes? 5 minutes? and was over. Rather than trying to understand my needs, they simply said which line I should do, drew one line for me, and ended the consultation. It felt like a place where I wondered why I had waited just to get that consultation.
