They were only kind before the procedure, but when I asked them to dissolve it because the aegyo-sal became completely uneven, they treated me like I was strange. So I went to three other clinics and asked, and they all said it had definitely been done wrong. Then when I went back a week later, they were like, "It turned out fine, so why are you saying that?"... I wasn't even asking for a refund, sigh.
