I had a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, so I was thinking it had to be incision surgery no matter what, but they said natural adhesion would be sufficient and recommended doing it that way. I wanted to do it decisively all at once, so I had it done somewhere else. I was recommended natural adhesion, eyelid correction, and medial canthoplasty, but I felt that doing eyelid correction with natural adhesion would not be definite enough.
