The overall hospital atmosphere is chaotic. I saw a lot of reviews saying the director is very cold, and I think I understand what they mean. He’s not rude, but it’s also hard to call him kind. I was surprised because it felt like he likes canthoplasty and says to do it everywhere. The consultation manager was really a bit much: - recommended other procedures too - the pressure to leave a deposit was insanely, insanely, insanely, insanely strong - saying things like the doctor is a locum from another hospital and so on all of that was really awful
