First of all, the hospital facilities don’t feel as good as other places... The line was really beautifully designed and it felt like they reflected the customer’s needs, but it also felt like they only cared about making it look pretty. At other places, they consulted me while thinking about the eye’s curves and shape, but here the consultation was too design-focused.
