I had to wait a little, but I was glad I could consult with the director I wanted. At other clinics they even took eye photos before the consultation, but they didn’t do that here, and the place was a bit small. The manager was extremely eloquent. But when I said I had also booked another clinic, they seemed to take that place a little warily. I liked the line the director designed, but I felt like the manager was doing some of the diagnosing that the director should have been doing. For the eye surgery itself, it felt like they were trying to match the patient’s opinion. They didn’t say things like “don’t do this”; they said it was my choice.
