This was the most unfriendly place out of all the places I've consulted so far. First of all, there were so many customers that maybe they couldn't help being unfriendly. Everyone seemed on edge, and I wish they would train the consultation managers better. I was scared of the consultation manager, so I don't want to have surgery here.. I had a reservation, but I couldn't even see the doctor.
