The manager diagnoses first. They say confidently, "It should be done like this and like this," and write it in the chart. Of course the doctor comes in afterward, but the doctor looks at what the manager wrote in the chart and says, "Ah, so you want it done like this? Then we can set it up this way," and they usually mark the line right away. If you ask for a bit more, only slight adjustments are made. - The price is also discounted pretty freely at the manager's discretion. It feels like the manager handles 95% of the estimate and the cost. It was a very different method from other clinics, and a very surprising and interesting experience. - The doctor explains only the objective facts calmly and neatly.
