I was gaslit into putting down a deposit, so I left a 100,000 won deposit that day. They said cancellation would be 100% refundable no matter what. I called that same day and said I wanted a refund, but they said it wasn't their responsibility, then said it would take more time, then delayed the refund for all kinds of ridiculous reasons like funerals. They said they would definitely send it by a certain date, but in the end they still didn't send it by then. I had to call and text again before I finally got it. This is a hospital that drags out a refund that should take less than a minute for 9 days, and it's a factory-style hospital obsessed with money and run in a really awful way. In YouTube comments, someone said their double eyelids came undone but the clinic absolutely refused to admit it, so I hope nobody does it here. I've never seen a hospital run like this before. It caused me a lot of stress.
