I had a consultation at Nana Plastic Surgery, and the cost was relatively low, so at first I had a positive impression. However, there were so many people at the clinic when I visited that I was left waiting for more than an hour and felt neglected. The clinic seemed very popular, but during the consultation I started to doubt how much attention they could really give each individual patient. I felt that the system and guidance during the waiting time were lacking, which was disappointing. In the end, I decided to go to another hospital where I could receive more detailed consultation and personalized care.
