I had a revision surgery to correct asymmetry, and they said it would be possible to fix the asymmetry if they only raised it a little. It wasn't a little at all, they raised it a lot, and on top of the asymmetry they only created sausage-like swelling and more scarring. Their attitude before and after surgery was completely different. Once new scars formed and it became raised, they said, "That's something you'll have to carry for the rest of your life."
