I just went to scout the line and the hands-on work, so I didn't have high expectations. Friends around me said it was okay, so I made an appointment. But when I looked on this community, the reviews were too bad... lol. It just feels like a factory-style place. They definitely do have a lot of cases, so that part is tempting, but still, do I really need it?
