The desk staff were unfriendly. They didn't care whether patients came or not and just gossiped among themselves.. The consultation manager was kind. The doctor was also careless during the consultation, and when I asked again because I didn't understand what they had said, they explained with a frown as if bothered... I thought I had done something wrong..
