I went in because I expected a hospital and director famous for eye surgery. But when I got there, a consultation with the director wasn't possible and a consultation staff member handled it instead. She was quite kind and good. But the one actually operating on my face is the director, and since I couldn't meet the director, I don't really feel like having the surgery. It gave off a very mass-produced feeling, so I ended up feeling a bit resistant to it.
